Everything was Goodyear and nicht. We wanted very good Service by Emre. We asked for bedsheet and He sent US immediatly. Very good breakfast options. But unfortunately the Werther Was very bedeutet. I HOPE WE WILL find a good Werther. Spezialisten thanks to Emre

Hotel was great the location was amazing and the service is excellent especially Emre. He was great very helpful who checked me in at the reception. Strongly recommended. But I want mention about some technical problems in the bathroom thanks to staff they fixed it. But I should not have even faced. Thank you anyway

Exceptional performance for family vacation

We are very pleased at that hotel especially gym was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Specially Thanks to Mr Nuri who suggested us the best places of Istanbul by making reservations etc. thanks all the staff. Emre is very polite and very patient with the guests. This is our beloved hotel we will visit again.

Extremely disappointed

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel due to multiple issues that were poorly handled. The room was unbearably noisy, making it impossible to sleep because of the loud disturbances late at night. When we complained, the front desk attendant, Emre, promised a room switch to an ocean front for the following day, which unfortunately never happened. Further adding to the frustration, Emre assured us that a taxi reservation was made for an early 4:30 AM departure. This too turned out to be untrue, and no taxi was arranged. If it weren't for a last-minute Uber, we would have missed our flight. Having traveled extensively and stayed at numerous hotels, I've never felt so misled. It's particularly disheartening when staff, particularly at the reception, promise solutions only to discover they are empty assurances. I cannot recommend this hotel as the trust in its service and integrity was completely lacking.
